"The first thing I’ll start with is.. if Pegasus Residential is managing this property, RUN!! We lived a complete nightmare dealing with this so called “management team” that actually prefers to NOT WORK. Also, during our 15 month lease term.. the dishwasher worked for ALL OF 3 MONTHS and the district manager herself said they didn’t have to provide a working appliance such as a dishwasher, as the only requirements on their behalf are working hot water/heat/AC… as well as boldly making other statements (WHEN she felt like responding). It’s also ILLEGAL to remove negative reviews which I also called out to corporate, as well as office staff. It’s VERY outdated, extremely dirty (esp for the price you pay) and you’ll learn some certain residents are allowed to do anything outside of “community rules” with no repercussions. And GOOD LUCK ever talking to Holly the property manager. She will lie and say she isn’t in office & have her staff also lie for her… or she just really never shows up. Some property manager. SAVE YOUR TIME, STRESS AND $$$$ - if you don’t believe me, please feel free to find me on social media and I’ll share ALL screenshots of how unprofessional the entire Pegasus staff is… from property staff all the way to district manager. THEY ARE A JOKE"

"The owner of this facility thinks it is okay to park his personal vehicle on the grass right on the road so people see the for sale sign. Absolutely classless! I’m sure he wouldn’t allow all the residents to do that or want someone doing that in the neighborhood he lives and I sure as heck hate seeing that damn car everyday when I drive to my home!!! Take it off the grass and sell it somewhere appropriate!!!"

"Horrible Property manager. She doesn't do her job. Apartments have issues non stop, multiple people complain daily, she won't do anything about it. maintenance never gets sent. broken elevator for months, not planning on fixing it. Pool parties everyweekend with tons of people who don't live here, it's like a college dorm. it's nasty, trash everywhere, trash juice stains all down the halls. the only thing that's nice about this place is the amenities, and half of those don't work either. Spend you money else where."

"Grounds maintenance truly lacking - dog urine inside breezeways, cigarette butts, they even removed trash cans in the common areas because their workers don’t want to empty them - the manager doesn’t seem to care. WISH THE OWNER RAY WRENN WOULD TAKE SOME PRIDE IN HIS PROPERTY AND CORRECT THE ISSUE. I can’t wait to move."

"Couldn’t find the garbage bin, cigarette butts were always on the ground. However pool area looked to be maintained and the dog area always had bags for use and was maintained."
