Windsor Place II at Palmetto Dunes

"Beautiful place right on the beach but not really anyhing to do activity wise since im neither a fan of swimming or biking."

"Stayed in room 2418 in June 2023. Gave 2 stars instead of 4 or 5 because of poor upkeep on the room we were in. If cost was less, i.e. I had lower expectations, I could be talked into 3 or 4 stars. But for the price, I expect a top shelf experience, and this was not that. Pros: great beach, general store is fun, good pool, and location. Grounds are kept well, and it is safe for kids (8 - 10 years old) walking around on their own. Annoyances: The main walkway to the pool and beach was closed for painting and tree maintenance. Management should know to have this work done during the slow season. Also, the area has bad cell reception, and the room had a bad wifi connection. Cons: The ice machine is broken. The ice maker on the freezer was frozen. We had to thaw it ourselves to get it to work. The AC unit broke while we were there. We found it had no filter and had not been serviced in 4 years. There were general issues like stains, drawers that didn't fit, and poor electrical work. See photos of them."

"This a really nice condo. The apartment we rented was nicely furnished. The location is great, very close and with an easy access to the beach. The pool area is very attractive for children. My kids ( 5 y and 1 1/2 y love it; they had lots of kids to play with). Parking lot is easy and cover. The complex is very calm. It was a highly recommended experience; specially for families with young children."

"Visited friends who were staying here in a 1 bedroom, 2 bath unit.. Nice complex with covered parking right on the ocean. Appears to be well kept and quiet. The condos are individually owned, so furnishings and decor vary. Having the second bathroom was nice as you don't have visitors going through your bedroom to use the bathroom."

"Great staff with our management co. (though we have had terrible experiences with others in this establishment). Good pool area, wish there were additional grilling areas outside of the pool area though. Grounds are kept well & overall people are friendly, respectful & enjoyable to be vacationing around. Palmetto Dunes is a great area to bee a part of!"
