"This is a terrible company. They over-promise and under-perform. Communication is non-existent! In the interview with Jordan Young, we informed her that COMMUNICATION was NUMBER 1! We repeated the statement over and over and I thought she understood. We even told Jordan we wanted a weekly update on our rental property. Never got one!! We never met her associate Chris, who was in charge of our home to get it rented. We never received a phone call, e-mail or letter from Chris or Jordan explaining who they showed our home to...nor did they care! When we called Jordan, she never called us. They never did any heavy lifting. All they wanted to do was wish our home would rent. Laziness, inconsideration and an uncaring attitude gives this rental company a F-! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. Don't walk away - RUN!"
