It even warmed my heart to see that he paid attention to the notes I left to encourage him to give my pup a treat while he visited. "I’ve lived here for a few years now, but disappointed with the growing pest problem. On the first year, there would be one or two a month in the summer, the next, one or two every other week, but nowadays even after scrubbing and using my own pesticide, I’d find a few even now in the fall. I asked a few other residents, and some had the same experience. I know we live in the south, but I lived in Charleston my whole life. Never had to worry about this many. So if you wanna live here, keep a light on. Apparently it keeps them scurrying away at night? ☺️"
"My fiancé and I lived at Bellary Flats back when it was first built, it was an amazing complex - however, we ended up moving out for personal reasons. We recently had to go back there since the old property manager did not handle our move-out correctly. I worked with Lauren, and she is AMAZING! She was quick to assist with the issue we had, and quickly figured out what was wrong and resolved it. I could not recommend the new staff enough - if anyone is in need of a new place to live, please consider living here! You will not be disappointed."
