"I am so grateful for Terry and Mike at The Parks at Lanier location. They are sooo sweet and nice and accommodating. Terry is super knowledgeable and has a lot of resources for a lot of different things. If anything needs to be fixed or handled, they do so in a timely manner. Communication is also amazing as they send text messages and emails just in case one doesn’t go through. Definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking to rent."

"Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever received. Upper Management in the Corporate Office hide behind the their gatekeeper the office receptionist. They do not return phone calls or emails. Our daughter leased a unit in Inman with 2 friends. They gave ample notice they would not be renewing their lease agreement as 2 of them were getting married. The Property Manager agreed to pro-rate their rent for the month of June. When the statement arrived, the amount was not pro-rated. The property manager told them to just pay the full amount and the different would be included with their security deposit. They still have not received their security deposit or rent differential. They have been told that the check was mailed to my daughter's previous address (the apartment she moved from) (like she would have access to this mailbox!). . . sketchy. Then they were told the check was mailed to her new address but not with her name on it. (can we read or pick up the phone confirm anything?) and she would need to check with the US Postal Service to see if they were holding the check. Please! Mind you, the former tenants are having to track the check down. Property Manager has not returned any calls. Corporate office has not returned calls or emails. There is no one to leave a message with other than the receptionist. No directly, no voicemail. No means to communicate. If they have provided any type of customer service, we wouldn't know, as they refuse to acknowledge there is an issue or call to say they are looking into the problem. Get with it Adalease Executives! Learn some customer service skills and quit hiding behind your receptionist."
