"The fact that I was able to find an affordable apartment in the middle of the city was ideal! I’ve been living on the property for a little over a month now and I love every minute of it! Ms. Tammy and Tiffany were amazing! They assisted me through the application process and kept me updated. Even on move in day, everything went smoothly! The only thing that was a minor issue was that after I moved-in, I noticed that I wasn't given my mailbox key. Other than that, I highly recommend if you’re looking for a budget friendly apartment that’s in the middle of the all the action, I recommend the Spoke in Savannah!"

"Great experience dealing with Tammy, community director, who explained all aspects of leasing at SPOKE and all fees upfront on the first visit. Then went the extra mile to expedite things and be available so it was possible to move in before the office closed for the holidays. The apartment renovation seems well done. Good materials, good workmanship, everything working as it should. The small studio seems spacious. The laundry room and fitness center are now open, also a beautiful club house area. Great location. Very satisfied as a new renter."

"Just started renting here and I love it. The inside of the apartment is remodeled and there’s a ton of room for furniture! The only cons is that there’s no oven in my apartment (definitely fixable with a small counter top oven), the laundry facility is not open yet (laundromats are within 2 min driving distance and brand new washers and dryers in a few weeks yes!!) Tiffany is such an awesome associate, I had such a great experience working with her. I was in a position where I needed to move somewhere fast and she got me in an apartment in record time. She went above and beyond to get my apartment ready and she is extremely professional. Very satisfied and happy with this complex so far!!"

"I am a resident of the Spoke Savannah and have lived here for almost a year; I really enjoyed the location on White Bluff Road because it is very quiet and close to lots of adventures such as shopping, doctors, schools, churches, etc. The staff are very friendly, helpful, and welcoming. From the first day I met Tammy, the property director, I felt happy she was very friendly, helpful, and sweet. Also, the service director, Mario, is very hardworking, helpful, and respectful, he does his job very well. Tiffany, the leasing consultant, is like a breath of fresh air, she is always happy, attentive, and courteous at all times. The property is kept very clean, the landscaping is beautiful, and the tenants are friendly. Overall it’s a great place to live!"

"Before choosing The Spoke, I looked at multiple other apartments. The location is ideal for me as it allows me to easily commute to work and is only a short distance from downtown. I rate this location 4 stars due to the fact that the laundry and gym facilities are currently under construction, which is a bit inconvenient but not a deal breaker. The staff at The Spoke is friendly and always willing to promptly address any concerns or problems I have had. I want to give a special shout out to Mario and Tiffany for their exceptional service! Additionally, I have attached some pictures of a small one bedroom for reference."
