"I been living at the Red Lion Apt over twenty years and love my Apt. Lately my neighbor has been playing his music too loud and late at night. That is a major problem for me. But other than that I love my Apt. But I would love to live in one of the remodel Apt"

"Looking to rent a place. From what I could tell it looked like a good place to stay. I just drove threw and looked. I'm currently staying right around the corner and looking for a 2 br or 3 to rent right after the first of the year. Great location."

"Nothing good about this place. Trash dumpsters stay over filled, trash in parking lot daily. Mostly trash from people that don’t live here. Maintenance never fix anything, rent increased beyond reasonable amount. Updated that they made are not even complete the countertop was a new install at look at just that portion. SMH they told me a year ago they was coming back to fix it.tub has had black mold for a year and the shower soap dish been broke a year. They have been wrote up in work orders but no one ever fix it. Have had this mold in our kitchen for almost two years. No one fixed it.Smoke detector has not had a battery since Two years. Large gap under door allows bugs and pest to get in. You have to use a towel to keep it closed. Vent bathroom fan been broken, no one fixed it. This is not just one issue but multiple and it not just me it’s others as well. I could list more but you get the point."

"My wife and I have resided in the Red Lion apartment complex for over 4 1/2 years and we liked living here because it was relatively quiet, well-maintained and offered a reasonable rent rate. But after the new owner(s) took over our thoughts about living here have changed in a negative way. What was promised (installation of granite counter tops and bathroom vanity tops) as a justification for a 27% rent increase were woefully below the standard we were led to believe they would be. The work was shoddy and parts of the installations are still inoperable. At this point we are very disappointed with what has taken place since new ownership took over. Thank you."

"We are living here about a month and we can say that the apartment is good, people are kind, near from any place we wanna go. If we have some issue they respond to the request as soon as possible."
