"Updated Review: This is in response to your reply: You have my number, you know you owe me, money, I have receipts of payment and you never got an online Contract signed by me. Others have mentioned getting their full Deposit and fees back and I was told I could only get my part of my Deposit back. This happened last year in September!! Plus your system has been sending me messages about missed payments for an apartment I no longer reside in. it's laughable, you know how to reach out, Amanda said she would call when my check came back, I am still waiting for her to call. 5 MONTHS LATER. If I could I would give Zero. They gave my Son and I a Apartment that was molded and I am still waiting for money from them. The front office is rude and incapable of doing anything without an attitude. Never take this place into consideration no matter how desperate you may be… only good thing about this place was the residents- my neighbors were very kind."

"I would never ever recommend this place to anyone I know. Where do I even start. I hope you don’t want to us the pool that you pay for. NEVER OPEN EVER!!! I also hope you never want to use the gym, it’s only open office hours but no one is ever in the office. I paid money every month to use those things and I used the gym twice and the pool 0. My fridge went out mid June and I put in a emergency request emailing, calling, going to the office. Nothing was done. My fridge was broken when I moved out in December. TRASH EVERYWHERE. They have valet trash which is nice but I guess people are to lazy and they just throw it outside in the pond or just off the stairs. The apartment itself was okay, cheaply renovated (which is fine, you get what you pay for) but the place as a whole is a no. I’m not even going to go into the issues I have had since I moved out!!!! Whatever you do DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!"

"Canvas Savannah has been a great place to live! Katrina and the front office staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The maintenance crew are great and keep things working and looking good. The apartments have amazing upgrades and you really get a lot of square feet for what pay per month. It’s really the best value in Savannah. Very affordable rent, wonderful staff, you can’t beat that. Move in while you can!"

"Living at Canvas is like being part of a family. Every time you see Katrina (office manager) and her staff, you will be greeted by name with a warm smile. She has always been prompt at solving our issues like maintenance requests and removing fees, and she even helped us deal with some difficult neighbors. I know I can always count on Katrina. As far as the actual complex, our unit was newly renovated and clean upon move-in, and the amenities are great- especially the Amazon hub! Not to mention the location is perfect- close to downtown and the airport. We have enjoyed living at Canvas and will miss our time there- the only reason we’re leaving is because we purchased a home. Thank you, Katrina and the rest of the Canvas staff, for everything!"
