"Under new management. The cost is a bit high! Those two trash cans at the end of the units are a negative eye sore for the residents and visitors on the back they smell! and draw unwanted roaches and rodents!"

"Forget going here to rent- We went there after seeing there were 9 units available now and that they were being remodeled. After finding the entrance, isnt easy to find without GPS, we drove around the property to check it out-- it was filthy with trash overflowing and piled around the dumpsters.. looked very run down not like the pics shown online.. there's no designated handicap parking that we saw.. we went into the office where we were told there were 10 units being remodeled yes but workers were going slow so they would be ready to rent in the weeks ahead (December to April we were told). Don't waste your time the office staff was rude and wasn't able to answer many questions about much of anything on top of the run down property that obviously isn't being taken care of"

"The grounds and the apartments are in horrible conditions. I can actually tell that the owners and management don't care about the well-being of their tenants. The roads are dangerous to drive or walk on, and the area is dangerous for children. I won't be visiting here much at all."

"Not a bad please to live . Just be prepared to hire your own exterminator otherwise you will live with Roches. The price is good and close to a lot of stores . It's all in what you make it !"
