"The staff here is so friendly and knowledgeable. Though we haven't finished our application process yet, I have nothing but great things to say about the property and the units we toured. The community is so close to town and offers a number of amenities that make it feel different from just another apartment community. "0/10 would Not Recommend ANYONE to stay here! They don't answer the phone, never in the office somehow it's always closed even on days rent is due. And they have frauds working for them. Keep reading!! They gave me a lease and didn't go over a thing. Then they proceeded to give me a Key to my apartment. When I got up there it was a mess! Yes I took Pictures!! It looked like the person that moved out literally left that same day. I got there around 12/1 and had to clean my own apartment because they never did. After I cleaned half the apartment the "cleaning people came" at 6 and still did nothing. All they did was vacuum the floor. The front door looked as if it was smeared with feces. The blinds and ceiling fans were dusty. It was a complete and utter mess. And all they did for the situation was take $100 off out $14/1500 rent. Throughout staying there it was always something fraud going on in the office. One of the workers was pocketing people's rent money and had her friends and others staying in empty apartments while she pocketed their cash. (The maintenance man was one of them he got caught by Billie the head manager and Im not sure if this was reported). They allowed some mexicans to stay out there 10 deep in one apartment and it was always noisy and trashy. The problem didn't get resolved until a bunch of us complained. They charge you extra fees you know nothing about and also charge a $7 pest control but nobody ever comes to spray you apartment. I have asked for drawers in the refrigerator and freezer and never received them. The vent was never cleaned and was ter was cold. If you pay your rent on time they sometimes wait to put it in until its late then charge you a late fee. That happened plenty of times and they put eviction notices on your door when its their fault. The girl in the rent office told me how there were people who haven't paid their rent for months but they would put eviction notices on certian doors when it was mostly their fault. Prior to my lease ending I put in a 60 notice and they lost it. When it was time for me to move they basically told me I had to pay $2k month to month for two more months until I was done. All because they lost the 60 day notice. I moved out deciding IM NOT PAYING it. They then put notice for eviction on the door stating they were sending me to court if fees weren't paid even though they knew I was gone. I only knew about the door because an old friend stopped by and seen the notice. Their lawyer calls and canceled court but their still trying to charge me this fee. They are never in the office to handle issues and never answer the phone. They will mess you up when it comes to finding somewhere else to go. I will not recommend this place if it was the last place to go. They are frauds and are very money hungry!!! You will be either taking them to court or they will take you for their fraudulent actions!"
