"Residents are able to leave trash in the hallways 24-7 with no penalty from management. Exterior door that requires a key fob and parking gate have been broken for months with no resolution insight. The property overall is just dirty. I have never seen security patrolling or a grounds person. Pet owners have dogs off leashes and don’t clean up behind them either. Residents smoke any and everywhere. Save your money and move to a cheaper complex; there’s nothing luxury about this place at all."
"Absolutely stunning! The pool area is gorgeous, the clubroom is perfection. The Riverfront walking trail is right outside your door and provides an easy, peaceful walk to enjoy all the riverfront has to offer! Not to mention, our new neighbor, The Thompson Hotel. Amazing views of the entire city and a spectacular sunset view from their rooftop restaurant! The River Is Calling!!!"
