"If you have children, DO NOT MOVE HERE! My experience with the office staff was pleasent all the way up until the Leasing Agent told me that I'd have to move into a different unit once my child turns two bc thats what most "Normal" people do. CANNOT MAKE THIS UP! I've taken enough GRACEHILL to know a FAIR HOUSING VIOLATION when I hear one. Unless you're prepared for weird rules like this, avoid moving here."

"We have been living here for 2 years and feel pity to leave as we move interstate. I totally love management. Didn’t see anything but very caring and extremely professional approach. You can see they do their job 100% the way it should be done. I did have different issues during these two years and all of them were addressed as soon as it was possible and 100% resolved. I would assume that people who left bad reviews on management style of work may have issues with other people more often than the average. The complex itself is very clean, very well maintained. We had multiple maintenance problems and all of them were addressed promptly. Never waited longer than a couple of hours. Several times it took only 5-10 minutes from the time we sent a maintenance request for maintenance guys to come and fix it! Noticed the reviews of the gates being always broken - not true. There were times but it was short periods and unfortunately you have to take into consideration the situation we live in nowadays when there are shortages with supply. Overall, you have a feeling you live in pine forest. It’s very green, birds are singing all day. Happy we chose Legends to be our home for these two years and definitely will be missing it."

"It's a great little complex with a resort feel that's right next to North mainstreet and 26. The nature is great if you can get a wooded view and the amenities are all well maintained and clean. Jaclyn, Dolores, and Lily have always been very helpful, along with Sean and the entire maintenance crew."

The apartment was in amazing condition upon move in, as well as the rest of the community. Maintenance is very quick to respond to any issues. The property itself is gorgeous along with all the amenities in the clubhouse. I wish I found this place sooner!"
