"I applied for a appointment here on 12/12/23 and was denied I paid a administrative fee which is supposed to be refunded back within 30 days I have yet to get my refund yet they sent a letter stating I disputed the charges with my bank which is false information however I’m getting legal consul involved because there is no way it take this long to send me my money… yea the apartments are nice but I’m glad I was denied because if I’m going thought this getting my money back I could just imagine what i would be dealing with renting there"
"I've been living here for 4 months and I have to honestly say this has been the worst experience so far. The townhomes are nice but not put together well. The office staff are unresponsive and the so called maintenance man is very rude and unprofessional. I will be filing a complaint and I advise anyone not to move out here unless you don't mind the unprofessionalism. I had to give 1 star to post."
