"The management team is very professional and handle all situations promptly and professionally. The trash gets picked up 2x a week and the amenities and property issue are taken care of very well. They are sensitive to their residents needs as well. A nice place to live. I have been here for just shy of 4 years now."

"I absolutely love Canebreak. My children and I have been living here for a little over a year. If something needs fixed or tended to management and maintenance are right on it either that same day or the next day or two. They don't make you wait. Management is very helpful and friendly. The complex itself is very clean and upkept. Maintenance is also very helpful and friendly and if you have questions they actually seem happy to answer instead of trying to blow you off. If I knew anyone that needed an affordable place to live I would definitely recommend Canebreak."

"This is by far the worst apartment complex I ever encountered. They are very discriminating. Vanessa has a very nasty attitude and doesn’t care about people’s feeling or situation. She’s a great liar. They claim they have rules but only enforce those rules on certain tenants(the blacks). I wouldn’t recommend this apartment complex to ANYONE. Not even a homeless person on the streets. If they have different management maybe. But STILL Worst place I ever stayed. I’ve been harassed by their management since I moved in. They are very combative and not understanding AT ALL. Anyone who has actually lived here(and not the fake reviews they post to make it look like a good place) knows how terrible it is to reside here and how terrible their management is. I’ve even asked for the regional management number to make a complaint twice in two different scenarios and Vanessa REFUSED to provide me with the number. I had to google for the number just to get it. I’m pretty sure this isn’t the first complaint about these awful people and the apartment complex and it won’t be the last."
