"Would NOT recommend living here. The property is conveniently located in downtown Summerville and butts up to a desired neighborhood, that sits right on hole 18 of a golf course. Sounds great right? Wrong.. the community is filthy, the screens outside windows are torn, shutters are falling off the hinges, cops are constantly there for noise complaints and drug dealings, doors don’t lock, and as of (Oct 2022) the property was infested with German cockroaches. Not to mention, they’re constantly under new management and the contact information for the front office changes regularly (without notice) Plus, if you enjoy sharing limited parking space with residents that like to leave their beer bottles and trash in the parking lot, loudly party until 3am outside your front window and come into your apartment when you’re away.. Then you may be happy here. But, for us.. this was a complete nightmare & I’d highly recommend you avoid this community."
"Not a great place to live the location is great but over all the place is wore done we were there a year and never got a screen for our back sliding glass door. The front screen door wouldn't close right. None of the doors in the house would close and actually latch shut. All of these problems we have let the landlord and maintenance man know and they would make promises but never come fix them or look at them and say its not that big of a deal. On top of that they like to do a monthly inspection by walking into your home whether you are home or not and tell you what you need to clean. Never seen or heard of anything like that. Overall just poorly managed."
