"Granby Crossing is a wonderful place to live! I have lived here for almost two years now and I have immensely enjoyed my apartment. I am a graduate student at USC, and so I value having a quiet place to study and relax when I’m not at school. The staff at the front office has always been courteous, friendly, and quick to solve any issues. The maintenance staff is also very friendly, and they fix any issues quickly. I will always appreciate having such a lovely place to call home!"

"I'm a new resident and moved from a nearby complex. Though the buildings are older, they are well cared for and my unit has been renovated with new flooring, appliances, sinks, and other upgrades. This is a fantastic location with gated access to the Riverwalk, near a grocery, restaurants, and more, and on the Soda Cap connector to ride to downtown Columbia. The immediate impact was the significantly lower rent. Staff has been friendly and timely in responding to us for the couple of minor issues we had. Looking forward to enjoying the pool in a couple of months."
