"My boyfriend lived there in 2020. He paid sooo much (over 2K) for a 1 bedroom. I didn’t live there with him, I just visited. We went to the pool one day (and the only day we ever got off to go), and I changed in the gym area and there was a lady in there looking at me crazy. I’m like girl mind your business…I’m about to go swimming. She wasn’t working out, just standing there-STARING at me in my bathing suit?? We get into the pool, and not even two minutes later as soon as we’re walking around the pool, enjoying ourselves. Boom she busts out of the workout room. She didn’t say a word to the other guests, and immediately came up to my boyfriend and I and asked “do you guys actually live here?” As my boyfriend says yes, she glared at me and said “do you live here maam” I’m like no..she’s like well NO guests allowed… so we had to leave the pool. Probably one of the weirdest most targeted moments in my life. I still hate that lady to this day, hope she gets her Karma. Also just wanna throw out there, there were no rules sent by the complex about having any guests at the pool-even during COVID nothing was said. So if you live here nice try getting guests into the pool or workout area! They also check cars consistently, so they know every last person staying there."

"I lived here for a total of 2 years, and the only reason I moved out was because I was relocating. After living in different apartment complexes in the Columbia area around USC, I was so pleasantly surprised by Indigo. Chexbres and all the staff were always kind and helped me with any problems in a timely manner. If I ever had to put in a maintenance request, even for something little, the maintenance team always responded so quickly! The complex is also conveniently located next to the Riverwalk as well. If I had had stayed in Columbia, I would have no hesitation renewing my lease. I highly recommend Indigo to those looking for a great apartment to call their new home!"

"We lived here for almost 4 years and were among the first residents in the complex. Moved away for work purposes but would have lived here longer. This complex is one of the nicest I've lived in in the entire U.S. The apartments are large and luxurious for the price. The community amenities are really nice too. Parking is ample. The best part is the consistent customer service from Chexbres, the property manager, and CT, the maintenance leader. CT is the most personable and knowledgeable maintenance leader I've ever met. You are a stone's throw from the river walk here, and also, an easily walk to State St, the Vista, and downtown. Only positive things to say all around. Thank you for a great living experience."

"What a phenomenal move-in process. The staff at Indigo really went the extra mile to assist and accommodate me with my move. They were extremely transparent and on move-in day, took me to my apartment, gave me a tour, and explained everything to me. I also had a housewarming gift, which was so nice! The community is very nice, safe, and clean; the apartment is beautiful. Everything was perfect when I got here and didn't require any special attention. Thank you so much for helping me move into my new home!"

"I’ve lived at Indigo for 1.5 years and cannot think of even one negative thing to say. Melissa and Chexbres go above & beyond. They’re super professional, kind, personable, and timely. I truly was so spoiled here. The pool was amazing, everyone uses the free coffee, and the clubhouse is great to study in. Maintenance and pest control is super prompt too. Additionally, it’s very clean and beautifully in a prime location by the riverwalk. I’ll really miss it once I move to Charlotte!"
