"Poor customer service they lied to me about having something available multiple times then I call n pretend to be someone else and they have something available then when I get there they lady acted like she was tryna help me but really wasn’t she had a nasty attitude then she tried to say my paystubs was fake had a whole personal phone conversation while I was tryna talk to her about the apartment then had me sit n there for a whole hour just to tell me I make to much to be approved for a apartment but she was like if I get a roommate I can get it which didn’t make any sense bc if I make too much to apply by myself then me having a plus one is definitely going to be making too bc our incomes will be combined she just gave me the run around n none of it made sense she was tryna be nice nasty if they got rid of her they would probably have 5 stars"

"This place is not what it seems. It’s not income based at all you have to make 3 times the rent. The gate hasn’t ever worked since I been here. I moved in Feb 2022 and it’s just been a lot of crazy stuff after crazy stuff. My neighbor car was stolen but the front office could care less if the gate worked a lot of stuff wouldn’t go on. They treat the good tenants like trash about everything and I have never been late on rent not once but they find things to fine u about. And to renew your lease you have to go threw the whole vetting process again which is crazy. It’s a lot more I can talk about or post videos and pics of things they don’t want you to know is happening out here."

"I moved in my 3bd 2ba unit in April of 2022 and I love it. As with any community you have your bad seeds. Nothing to put of hand pretty clean still building. I love my office team my maintenance problems get handled ASAP. They are income based which was a huge blessing for me since I’m a mom of 3. And I was starting all the way over with my girls.Our security team keeps is pretty safe all though I do feel they should be 24/7 due to the teenagers that hang out at night and kids who stay out late due to lack of parental supervision. I mostly fear for the younger kids in the mornings because they go back and forth from one side to the other after Kelly has told them not to that’s not safe. We do need a spot a little further back from the road as their bus stop due to the cars that fly past it’s just an accident waiting to happen. I no longer let my girls stay at the bus stop alone due to the lack of supervision. Other than that I love the community the apartment layouts and that it’s soon to be 100% gated."

"Ive stayed here for 9 months never been late on rent the main manager in the office is very nasty she filed eviction on me 3 days after rent was late claiming that my lease states 240$ Will be added to my rent if she has to file. She also shows owner ship to the property asking “where is my rent” very aggressive woman speaks to her residents any kind of way. My lease was stapled to my court order and nowhere does it say this. Very unprofessional willing to put kids on the street knowing they are going to get their money. They are still building after 2 years also will fine you for the smallest thing like a wrong type of chair on your balcony. Worst resident treatment I have ever see highly do not recommend the stress."

"These are some nice apartments. I just move my daughter into these appointments and I really like the layout. There is still alot of work being done so be careful. There are roofing nails everywhere. I stepped on one and fortunately it did not pierce my skin when it went through my shoe."
