Executive Suites Inn Augusta

"I had a fantastic experience here, and genuinely wished I could stay longer. The suite was roomy, well maintained, and had all of the appliances I would want for an extended stay. The place is a bit out of the way, but access to a main state highway is down the street. This characteristic has it's own set or pros and cons. The woman who checked in me was more than helpful. She was polite, and gave me advice on the area when I asked. She was knowledgeable and ready to answer my questions. The exterior is well kept. There was a dumpster in the middle of the grounds, I actually forgot to ask about this, if the dumpster was permently there or if there were renovations. The buildings are older and still handsome. My only actual complaint is that the cable did not work in the bedroom, it only worked in the living room. Whenever I come back to this area for any reason I will try to book here first. I hope to see some updates to the grounds too."

"Nice people who work here but this hotel needs a lot of work! Mice run around the kitchen at night, water gets cold within 3-5 minutes of shower and the bathroom light was out which management was told about and it never got fixed. Paid for a weeks stay but checked out a day early and was told by the lady at the front desk we would receive a refund in 3-5 business days but its been almost two weeks and still nothing! Will not ever return or recommend to anyone I know."

"I live in Augusta and anytime I need a peaceful environment to go I chose here. It's quiet clean and feels like a home. I was recently here for the holidays with my kids because we're in the middle of moving and I wanted them to have a home cooked meal and open their Christmas toys just like at home. I have no complaints. Miss Vickie, the owner, is understanding and is sweet as pie. She reminds me of one of my relatives because she is so straight forward. Please go check them out. You won't be disappointed."

"The staff was very friendly & that was the best part of Executive Suites Inn. The decor was outdated & needs remodeling. The hand towels were not clean nor was the coffee pot. And they did not restock the coffee & supplies after the last guests left. Carpet wasn't the cleanest nor was the couch. It COULD BE a great place to stay, especially for the price, IF they would make sure everything's clean & odor free. The outdated decor wasn't the issue. One last thing, the mattresses need to be replaced desperately. Could feel the springs, which made for a sleepless night. Again, the staff was awesome, which was the only reason for 2 stars."

"The owners are very nice and accommodating. The rooms are outdated and in need of remodeling but that’s the only downside. It’s like a one bedroom apartment. You pay the price of a small hotel room but get a full kitchen, living room, bathroom, and bedroom with your choice of 1 or 2 beds. The rooms are clean and well kept. Are there nicer, more modern places? Yes. But you will pay a lot more!"
