"This has been a nightmare. I didn't read the reviews before I tried to purchase a home from Mr.Hardin. He only showed up to show me the home and take my money .He promised to fix the holes in the property and several other repairs but never answered the phone until I called from a different number .Thank GOD.The closing never happened Mr Hardin does not have insurance on the properties that he rent and does not do repairs and is a liar that use the court system to take advantage of people.I will never forget this experience and I pray he find JESUS. "Called several times to inquire about his listed property. No answer, no returned calls. Website on signs didn't exist. My agent and I kept calling and finally got an answer, but he was rude and short. We ended up buying the property and he didn't bother to show up at closing. He had the only set of keys for the lock box, so no keys were transferred to us at closing. We waited several hours at the new property for him to "finish what he was doing" so he could deliver OUR keys to us. No wonder the property was on the market for 3 years before we got it. Worst realtor ever."

"Have to share same sentiment regarding others comments, currently renting from this "property manager" and I use that term lightly, major issues all the way around including claiming money is "owed" even though rent is never late and paid in full, claims that electrical issues in the property are our fault, front door does not open which is a fire hazard, refuses to address any issues here. AVOID AT ALL COSTS IF YOU CAN!"

"I wish I could put 0 Stars. Horrible Horrible landlord. Refuses to fix anything in the house. Had to live without water because the well was needing to be fixed or replaces. Many times said it wasn't his responsibility to fix things because that was the homeowners problem not his. I was a single mother going through cancer/chemo and he has no compassion for anyone. Will not accept responsibility but will surely get upset if the rent was late even when things still needed to be fixed such as a hole in ceiling from water damage. SLUMLORD"

"The Hardin Agency is a terrible place to rent from. We had a bad experience from the beginning. They were never open during posted business hours, it took too long to get things fixed, if they were fixed at all. We started to have a mold problem and when we told the owner, he only sent one dehumidifier for the entire house. It was so bad that we had to throw away all of our shoes, many of our clothes, and our mattress & boxspring. We had to replace everything without any reimbursement. We moved out in May and we were not in town until July. When we called to have a walk through to get our deposit back, we were told our deposit was sent back to the homeowner and we could not have it. He then threatened to beat my husband's a-- when he was confronted over the phone. When I went in to the office to ask for a copy of the lease, he refused to give me one. This is not the first bad thing I've heard about the people that work here, I wish I had listened."
