"Hotel is not well taken care of broken machines sitting outside hotel. Rooms smel of mildew. Placed in a smoking room I’m a non smoker and can’t tolerate the smoke and mildew smell requested another room non were available . Asked for a refund. I was not staying there and was denied"
"This was an $88 room for one night. Mini fridge was totally frozen and the freezer door was missing. The non-slip mat in the tub was gross. I reported these at check-out and the person at the desk did not seemed surprised. Room 115."
"I’m sitting here in their lobby currently! I’ve been here over 30 minutes, I swiped my card and it said approved. Yet, they are refusing to give me a room. I have even shown them where the funds has been removed from my bank account. And they have not given me a room key. I would recommend going next door to the comfort inn! Shame on you choice hotels. I spend 3 months of my life a year in a hotel and this is the most atrocious thing. You’ve taken my money and are refusing to give me a hotel room."
"I don’t usually post reviews. Unless some thing is really noteworthy. I was traveling to the area so that I could be close to my medical treatment. Location is very convenient for that. I first looked at the online reviews were so so but I thought I’d give it a shot. My family and I have owned a couple of hotels/bed-and-breakfast so I am familiar with the ins and outs of the hospitality and hotel business. So I try to take hotel reviews with the grain of salt. I usually go straight to hotel instead of online booking agencies. So that the hotel itself can get the most amount of money. Try to skip the middleman. So let’s get down to details. I was tired from my day. I arrived at the hotel a little after 1 AM. All I wanted was a clean place to sleep. I walked in the lobby and no one was there. There is no note No bell just a just an empty after about two minutes guy arrived. The guy at the front desk was nice enough. Certainly not dress professionally. He was clean-cut, and acted decently, professional. But his attire was a ratty old T-shirt with bleach, stains and holes in it. Certainly not somebody who I would choose to put in front of my hotel. The check in process literally took over 15 minutes. Not to mention he could not, and or would not. Come anywhere close to the advertised price online. I was tired so I didn’t make a fuss. He did give me the AAA discount. So that was nice. So after waiting about 15 minutes to get everything checked in. He hand me my key and I go walk to my room. I open the door and the room did not smell pleasant. I turned on the lights to find that the floor was dirty. There is trash in the corner and sheets and pillows were on the floor. It had not been cleaned from the previous person. So I calmly and quietly close the door and walk to the front office and politely asked for a refund. I communicated that the room had not been cleaned at all. He nicely offered me another room, and I politely refused, I said I would just like my money and was going to move on. I think the key things to notice here are basic poor management. . . Unprofessional greeter, unable to do a quick check in and lack of communication between housekeeping and front desk so that you don’t have your guest walking in nasty room from the person before. I could’ve stayed in another room. And I’m sure I could’ve caused a big fuss and got some sort of discount. But That’s not how I roll. I just saw too many unprofessional red flags to think that I was going to have a clean good nights sleep at this location in a different room. I write this review as constructive criticism. You can do better."
"Extremely dissatisfied. Rooms were not nice and clean like the lobby makes you believe they would be. Especially the bathroom. Non smoking room had cigarette holes in our bedding. Ac did not function at its best so the room smelled of mildew and humidity and it did not adequately cool the room. Only gave us one small towel and had to go ask for two additional towels. I was charged a $50 fee the next day after check out and this was 100% the worst room I have ever booked for an overnight stay and I can say that there was zero reason to be charged an incidental fee. I did not feel comfortable or safe here but that’s what I get for failing to read the reviews, just needed a quick place to rest my head and have a shower after traveling a long day but the $50 fee is absolutely absurd when we were there for less than 12 hours and the room itself was absolutely not worth $75 and it certainly was not worth the additional $50 that was charged to me on top of that. Just stay at the days inn or comfort suites down the road if you have to stop here passing through…."
