"It's disheartening that despite facing repeated floods and unresolved issues in my apartment, my requests for assistance and even a move to another unit have gone unanswered. I've identified Carmen and Jesse in the office as potential contacts. To my surprise, when applying for housing through Lott Management, I received a negative report about my rental history, which seems to stem from my legitimate complaints about low maintenance, bug infestations, and other building issues. This has impacted my ability to secure alternative housing. The recent rent increase, of $125 , in which case makes rent a total of $875-$900 for a one bedroom, without any evident improvements, adds to the frustration. I am determined to address these concerns and seek clarity on the misinformation affecting my rental history. Looking forward to your swift resolution , i can’t stop stressing how I am deeply disappointed by the false reports provided to Lott Management about my rental history, which I believe were a result of my legitimate complaints about apartment conditions that occur not due to my negligence... Such actions are not only unjust but also reflect a lack of professionalism. I want to emphasize that I will not tolerate such treatment. When the time comes for me to consider moving out in 2025, I am prepared to explore legal avenues to ensure a fair and lawful resolution. I urge you to reconsider the consequences of providing misleading information about tenants. I look forward to a timely and constructive resolution to these matters. although I doubt there will be any response. "Easy to get...but a pain to deal with. Just don't piss them off because the true colors come out. I wouldn't come here if I had a paper bag to sleep with. I was treated so unfairly and suffered emotional damage by living here. Also the renters insurance is a waste of money because they didn't even let me file my claim. Fees are excessive. Folks in the office are pretending to be nice but does nothing to fix the basics. Rent is high but laundry room looks and works like If your brown be prepared to get "Put in line" if you don't do what they say. Living here is like jail only difference is your paying."

"The apartments do not look like the apartment advertised online. If you visit during the day, you will see roaches in the hallway. The apartments always smell like smoke and they never repair anything on time. They are run down and they offer “prizes” for good reviews. It is right across from Godivas the strip club where you can constantly hear gun shots at night. Forget working from home or trying to get rest because the neighbors are always arguing or blasting music. Sometimes the lights in the hallway do not work so you have to carry a flashlight to walk to your car. Not a safe place to live unless you like living with roaches and don’t mind getting shot."

"After almost 4 years. Dealing with different management. Lies about things being renovated. Being 8 months pregnant and having to deal with black mold everywhere and the high priced rent. Nasty unclean neighbors. There’s always better. Never settle‼️before I moved I cleaned the hell out my apartment and none of my deposit was given back"
