"This is such a terrible place to live, the worst place I have ever lived, nothing is working here. The heating system is bad, stairs doors and wooden frames are falling off, the maintenance workers (Cody) are rude and don't report what they see and do e.t.c I will come back with updates, pictures, and proofs. Just save yourself the stress and avoid living here."
"Do NOT rent from here or even attempt 2! I applied when they 1st opened, got approved, but had to turn down my offer due to my job relocation. The front office was aware of this & informed me ALL fees would be returned except my application fee. It took weeks to receive my deposit so I filed a dispute with my bank & received it back. Now, almost 2 years later (2 years in February) I received a notification from a collections agency stating that I'm behind on rent & owe them! Which is a lie! I definitely don't recommend this company & this situation WILL be dealt with!"
"I wish I could give this place 100 stars. If you're looking for a great place to live with an amazing leasing staff, then Huff Creek is where you need to rent. I rented this place from out of state and through out the whole process the leasing professionals, Kierra and Addison made sure that all of my 1,000 questions were answered. I am so grateful to call this place home. It is so hard to find a single family home that feels like a community. Any maintenance request I have had has been resolved same day or at the latest next day. I am so thankful to have found a home with all of the necessary features we needed and the best bonus of all is the amazing team that keeps this place amazing."

"Huff Creek is definitely a great place to live! Brian is an amazing maintenance technician and is very quick to respond and gets the job done. The leasing team is very dedicated to their job and will do what they can to best fit your needs in a timely manner. Lawn care is always great and the neighborhood is quiet. Houses are spacious and have great layouts. Happy to call this place home! Highly recommend."
