"it is great if you need something quick an have no where else to go but definitely not worth the rent that they charge there and they go up on it almost every year in large increment's. they don't care about there own complex trash everywhere gunshots at night and crackheads sleeping in the breezeway also they never answer the phone at that office you can leave a message and no one will get back to you in a timely manner and they will say otherwise just too cover there behinds so with that being said this place should be closed down. and its a shame what they did to my cousin when his apartment roof collapse evicted him and his daughter disgusted with these people"

"Do not waste your time. My son and I lived there for a year and it was horrible. can’t even think of where to begin with what was wrong with this place. When we first moved, they had to change my move in date several times because they kept saying it wasn’t ready. There were gun shots every single night, my car was broken into. The neighbors were absolutely horrible, letting their kids run up and down the steps ALL NIGHT, blasting music so loud it shook the apartment. Management never did anything. There was so much mold, my son basically stayed sick the entire time we lived there. There were giant spiders EVERYWHERE. I requested for someone to come spray on multiple occasions and the office staff never sent anyone. I ended up having to bomb my own apartment because it was so bad. Everything was disgusting. Roaches everywhere. I’m not a dirty person, I’ve never had roaches but they would run through the walls into my apartment from the neighbors. My dishwasher didn’t work the whole time I was there and they wouldn’t fix it…please just do not even bother with this place, it’s absolutely NOT worth the price. Or time."

"Trash. Apartment had no light fixtures, couldn't get ac to actually cool the apartment for the year we were living there, ceiling fell in and water heater failed and flooded the apartment. Our car was broken into twice before we were finally able to leave. They raised the rent nearly 400 dollars in 1 year. I would suggest not even looking at this place."

"I'm giving 1 star only because I have to. This place is not worth your money. We weren't even able to finish our lease. They paint over mold. It was so bad, my daughter was so sick and was in and out of the hospital. Roach infested. Gunshots almost nightly. The amenities were all broken. Pool was never open. Used condoms all over the parking lot. Laundry room has homeless people staying in there. Our mailbox was broken into and we had to drive to the post office daily to get our mail for MONTHS. They refused to fix it and kept passing blame. I could go on. Please look somewhere else. I promise it is not worth it."

"I've lived here for 4 months and I'm so happy I decided to move here. I moved from Illinois, without seeing the inside. The staff and neighbors are AMAZING. I moved here with a duffle bag and 2 boys. Now I have a place to call home. Personally, there are no bugs in my home. The occasional daddy Long leg spider, but that's it. Which is shocking because Ft. Jackson had them everywhere. Even in spotless barracks. I can't give Eagle Trace and their staff enough stars. Truly Awesome! -Melissa S."
