Apparently I “can’t just walk up in here without an appointment” and when asked what I needed, she rolled her eyes and closed them, and shook her head when I told her I needed help with my power bill. I apologized and told her I was referred to them, and didn’t realize I needed an appointment and she said “well she should have told you, you needed an appointment when she told you about us” all angry. I nearly left in tears. This is hard enough."
