"Do not stay here! The room smelled terrible!! There were stains on the bed and chair, not to mention how dirty it was. I had to argue with the hotel to get a partial refund."

"Super kind . They have truely helped my family. They offer weekly rates! The rooms are big. No ice maker but they have like a small one in lobby, no breakfast but they do have dollar tree across road and other restraunts. Fridge keeps things super cold! It is an older hotel. But it’s clean. It’s also quiet nobody really bothers you!"

"Excellent location, you can walk to ChicFilA or Walgreens, plenty of good business all around. Cute and historic town. Met the owner who I feel has purchased a real gem of a hotel. Clean and very spacious, really quiet, new refrigerators and new flat screens. It’s a secure area with tons of parking, parking spots located directly in front of your room. Wonderful experience, I also noticed a big pool which would be great for families. Breakfast area was attended and everything presents well."

"This is a great location for Toccoa Georgia if you have to stay in the hotel. I stayed there for about a week and really did enjoy the location and the access as I did not have a vehicle. Unfortunately one of the shortcomings was there was a lack of a refrigerator or microwave in my room and given the amount that I paid I felt that was kind of flat but overall the owner was nice I had all of my needs met. There will clean linens and they did the best they could with what they had again the location is excellent for access."

"Checking in I was asked if I wanted to see my room before hand. Since I had to sign a sheet prior to checking in mentioning all refunds will be void 15 minutes after initial check in, I went ahead to my room. Unfortunately there was mold on the bed sheet. The owner confirmed it was mold and said it was nothing to worry about. as the sheets are washed monthly. Makes me worry about where I’m staying if the owner finds mold in the bed to not be an issue"
