"Found out about The Pier through a friend and thought i’d check it out! I went yesterday to take my tour and I can say it was the best experience ever. My tour guide Katherine was wonderful! Was able to answer all my questions, very helpful and friendly! She definitely made my tour experience the best! I will say I love The Pier already!"

"I have been a resident at the Pier for 2 years. When all of the construction began, i was nervous that the current residents would not be cared for in the same way. HOwever, i am happy to report that any issue or concern i had was immediately addressed and explained or resolved. Thank you to Jeanine for being so responsive and understanding whenever i reached out to you! So excited to see everything completed by June! It is a great location!"

"I have lived at the Pier now for one full term and have loved my experience. Being so close to the lake with public transportation makes the trip to campus a breeze. One thing worth noting is the management. In comparison to other communities the staff at the pier is more responsive, helpful, and most importantly friendly. One staff member, Bri, was phenomenal. I have had issues with resigning with my lease and she was able to help me through and answer all of my questions. She was great and made the entire process easy and assuring. Truly awesome!"

"I absolutely love The Pier. It’s close to campus, they provide busses to and from campus as well as to and from downtown, they are close to the lake, and they are pet friendly. The community is awesome and I always feel comfortable when I use the facilities like the pool and gym. I also believe we get the best views of Clemsons sunsets."
