"the room itself was clean but the customer service was horrible. i used my boyfriends card to pay for the room and they made it a huge deal saying the ID had to match the name on the card and then eventually just “let it go this time.” They knocked on the door loud as hell at 8AM then at 10AM AGAIN rushing us to check out it was awful. It was so annoying getting woke up out your sleep hear “HOUSEKEEPING” multiple times"

"Rooms are not clean. First I had stains on the bed, then I was given another room with a clean bed, but the corners of the room looked like the hadn’t been cleaned for months. It seems worth spending just a few dollars more to stay at Fairfield instead."

"Rooms need to be updated and rid of the sofas and chair. I think they hold odor as well as the carpet. Other than that, it’s a nice facility"

"I and my pregnant wife was In town for funereal , the check in was great . The check was horrible , kiara the lady very disrespectful at front desk I’ve never had to sit at front desk while someone supposedly go verify that the room is clean and not damaged. I don’t even smoke weed and was blamed for having it in the Motel room. My wife ask they did a air quality test and they won’t to answer . How can you charge someone credit card $200 for assuming when you have no proof of weed being SMOKED . Horrible place desperate For money . Will never recommend this location . The breakfast was horrible as well sausage was like dog patty."

I had a reservation made by my employer, which they had no trouble looking up efficiently. All in all, I had a great experience during my two week stay at this hotel. It was clean, comfortable, and within 5 minutes of my job."
