"I have lived here for almost 2 years. In Jan of this year new owners took over. They said everything would stay the same. It hasn't. We used to get the apartment sprayed every month for pests. Since they've taken over we've only had one and since Feb we've been seeing roaches!! I've complained many times and the new apartment mgr always says he'll send them out but then I don't hear from him anymore. It took 2 months for him to get them out here the first time. I txt him at 3 am last week because I woke up to go to the bathroom and killed 2 big roaches. I've spent over $150 now on roach deterrents. I'm fed up with it and I don't recommend anyone to live here!!"
