"I absolutely love working with Mrs. Dixon! She was very helpful in assisting me with two seniors. Any questions that they have, she readily addresses them and I am able to convey the information to them in a way that they understand it. The rent increases every year but that is expected with all the "new" development which is causing a great amount of people in the area to be displaced. Julie goes over and beyond to help the residents and even brings them produce, fruit and meat from her food pantry. Communication is key and I appreciate her efforts."

"I would give 0 if possible!!! MISS JULIE DIXON IS horrible!! This lady has NO COMPASSION for the elderly people who reside there!!! PLEASE BE AWARE BEFORE PUTTING YOURSELF OR LOVE ONES IN THIS PLACE!! She want give them info on who owns the building and REFUSES TO listen when the elderly complain!! RENT GOES UP EVERY 3 MONTHS!!! ELEVATOR IS CONSTANTLY BROKEN ‼️‼️‼️THE PRICE IS affordable , however she treats the people like scums of the earth!! HER OWN FATHER LEFT HIS OWN ***FULLY FURNISHED *** apartment because he could no longer deal with her dictatorship ‼️‼️‼️‼️IF U WANT TO JOIN THE ARMY BE MY GUEST!! I have personally witnessed her degrade and mistreat them‼️"
