"This place is a complete joke of a business, like there info says you def will not find anything like them in the worst way possible. From the start it has been a complete nightmare, they called me the day I was suppose to move in and tell me "oh we haven't even started renovating your apt and it isn't ready yet." When they finally do renovate it they bring in brand new appliances the water to the fridge doesn't work freezer doesn't make ice, water pressure is zero, no hot water. Oh and as far as parking goes forget about it. Next my lease is coming to an end and have made 12 plus calls in the last three months, My new leasing agent and my roommates new leasing agent cant even get a hold of them, not one call to me or the leasing agents have been returned. Then when I finally do get ahold of someone I speak to this "Manager" name Dan Bobo or something and this guy is just as bad as the apt itself. I explain the situation and all he has to say is oh well its not our job to call you back. What is your job then Dan? If I could leave lower than one star I most definitely would. This place is a complete scam and will lie to you as much as they possibly can. DO NOT RECCOMEND MOVING HERE."

"The new management, and the whole team, are doing a wonderful job in making our community shine and feel like home. This is not an easy task for any team, when you consider diversity of residents, inclusion, and respect for all residents who live here. So, the team should be commended for their commitment to making each of us feel we are being respected, cared for and heard. If someone is looking for a place to call home, and at this time in their journey desire to live in an apartment community, you would not be disappointed to live here. The location is excellent, and offers so much as far as closeness to nature, walking, shopping, community retaurant, coffee shop, and all within walking distance in a truly great community where we care about others. And that doesn't even touch on the amenities!! This is not a place if someone is not interested in caring about respecting their neighbors. This is a place where people who value community are welcome."

I have lived here for 2 years and since then they changed management. I must say that the maintenance staff has really impressed me. They are very responsive. "Love our apartment! Very spacious and gorgeous! Lots of windows to allow natural sunlight, beautiful flooring, nice appliances, huge garage for 2 vehicles plus storage space, clean carpets. Any requests we have have management and maintenance has been on top of immediately. We couldn't have made a better choice! Super satisfied to call this home."
