"I’ve been waiting 4-5 months for drawers to be placed in my kitchen. The same drawers that I was told would be fixed BEFORE moving into this apartment complex in September. I’ve talked to maintenance about the issue and two different people that work in office about this issue on at least 4-5 different occasions. I had to place in a maintenance request for a fake issue, with hopes to speak with the maintenance manager because a young lady in office DENIED me his number yo speak about the issue. I was told by property management today that maintenance is currently behind and working on several issues and i feel for the guy because to be behind on 5 months worth of issues is piss poor on the companies behalf no matter how you look at it. While signing my lease I was told I would have someone to meet me on a Sunday for my keys to move in and when Sunday came, no one was in office. I had to call maintenance to help me inside the apartment. This was a two hour wait that caused a late fee for my uhaul bill and I decided to let it go because stuff happens. At the time of signing my lease there was a deal for 2 FREE months of Internet and dish tv services. After getting settled sunday I called Dish to set up access to my internet and the tv channels, as instructed. I was advised my name was not the account holder and from what I’m assuming they still had the last tenant. I was denied access and didn’t gain access until late January. I was not charged for the months I didn’t have the service as expected being that I didn’t have access. After finally obtaining access I was told I had to pay for the internet services moving forward, which is a breach of contract and deceptive by definition. Every issue I’ve had with this place has been blamed on someone else in the company instead of someone taking accountability and making the situation right."
"I have nothing but nice things to say about this complex and sweet ladies in the front office. I've been a resident here for 2.5 years and plan to renew my lease soon. I love living so close to the mall and work which is convenient. Thank you for always greeting me with a warm and friendly smile each time I walk into the office."
"We are getting to the point where it's not a place where you can live and have peace of mind when you get home..talk about the noise several times and still no HELP! LAST BUT NOT LEAST...WHO IS STEALING MY DECORATIONS LIKE REALLY!!! I will be installing a camera if you are caught so be it! I will be turning the footage over to the police...We have tried several times to have a discussion but it's not working! I don't care if we paid $20 if you steal then you will take anything!!!!"
"I moved in to this complex over a year ago and my move in experience should have been the red flag I needed to find a different place but, I gave them the benefit of the doubt. To start my journey here, getting my welcome letter was an act of Congress. It took months. My move in date was changed by the complex TWO DAYS before move in. My lease was up, I had hired movers and they changed my date because the cleaning and repairs weren’t done. My application and move in date were completed and confirmed months in advance. Since living here I’ve had maintenance requests not completed for months, was charged pet rent for my ESA for months (they didn’t initially, but randomly started charging this stating they never received my letter- I forwarded the original email where this was provided and they finally removed the charge.) I’ve had water damage not looked at for weeks, my sink is now unusable and emergency maintenance number is no where to be found. FCA management is hands off and when you try to reach out to them their voicemails are full and emails are never returned. You can find way nicer apartments in the same area for the same price if not cheaper. If you want your residents to have a better experience then address their concerns in a timely manner. The trend among these are 1) address maintenance concerns in a timely manner not 3-5 business years later. 2) WORK ON IMPROVING THE LIVING EXPERIENCE HERE IF YOU WANT TO CHARGE MORE. 3) Fix the issues at hand. No one should pay 1500+ a month and deal with constant mold, janky appliances, bugs etc.also address the safety comer d for residents. Corridor lights are constantly out and masked men breaking in to Cars in the dead of night doesn’t make your residents feel safe."
"This place doesn’t even deserve one star. Do NOT move here!!!!! Don’t be fooled by the fresh paint and new carpet. I lived in the Stratford paying $880+ the extras every month. Now it’s over $1,200 for granite counters?? The windows grow mold in EVERY SINGLE WINDOW! I lived in 2 different apartments and this would happen. The staff will tell you it’s part of your weekly house cleaning upkeep and there’s nothing they can do about it. I hope you like to dust your home everyday. The place gets dusty overnight and you’ll constantly be wiping it away. The door frames to the rooms are all different sizes so look at that when deciding if your furniture will fit. If you move in I hope you never have an issue because the staff will never answer and they don’t care about you anymore once you’re in."
