"I would like to thank and acknowledge Stefan and Christian from the maintenance crew. My hot water heater was not generating enough hot water for a shower or a bath. I talked to the property manager Randa who turned in a repair request. I had run some errands and came back about 3 hours after talking with Randa. Stefan and Christian had already been to my apartment and fixed the problem within 2 hours! Great work and thank you guys!"

"This was one of the worst living experiences I have ever experienced. From bugs coming through the electrical outlets, to our first floor flooding due to old plumbing (that was not disclosed or corrected), to our patio blinds falling apart, to the door seal peeling, to our walkway flooding every time it rained, to a lack of consistency in communication, this was an awful place to live. We came back from our honeymoon to our first floor flooded with fecal matter and toilet paper floating in the water. Our problems were consistently resolved with the quickest, easiest, and cheapest solutions, resulting in multiple calls to maintenance for the same issues. We are so happy that we left. It is a relief to live somewhere where even the smallest problems are addressed quickly and effectively. Everything about Lakecrest felt dingy, uncared for, and unwelcoming. When we first arrived, we were so thankful for the experienced help of Mary Beth, but she left the apartment complex office's during our tenure there and her absence has certainly been missed. She created a warm, welcome, and understanding environment that not only made us feel heard and seen, but valued as tenants with the company. Her absence was certainly felt from the time she left to the end of our tenure there. She was so helpful and I am very sad that she made the (likely right) decision to leave."

"I have only had great experiences over the nearly seven years I have been here. If you are kind and respectful to the staff, you reap what you sow. If a problem should ever arise, things flow a lot more smoothly. I have been highly satisfied with my time here."

"This place is just awful. The seal on the door is peeling and bugs are coming in the townhouse. There are paint splotches all over the floor and cabinet from where they just have people come and add paint to make it look nicer after every tenant leaves. There are patches on the walls where there were holes and dents that are barely covered. We’re leaving in a few weeks and we better get our deposit back because if they try to say we did all of that we’re going to corporate. Our a/c doesn’t come through the vents on the second floor and it is unbearably hot. Every time we open our sliding door one of the blinds either crack from being so old or just fall straight down. We are not paying for those to be replaced either, we have just stopped using the sliding door period because of this. People if you’re going to spend this much money on an apartment or townhouse, please find somewhere nicer because these honestly are the worst. The managers are nice until you start pointing out problems in your apartment then they’re just rude every time you talk to them. Our sewer has also doubled somehow and we’ve used the same amount of water and everything we always had. This place is a ripoff. Don’t try to move into S218 there are awful flooding problems too."

"My husband, son, and myself just moved in and the second we stepped foot in both the office and model apartment, we were sold. Marcus was very welcoming and talked to us about everything we needed, he made the process stress- free and easy. He was upfront about everything, which we didn’t receive at any other complex. The apartment is the perfect size for us, we recommend coming here for anyone!"
