"Best place ever! The office people are kind and helpful, and maintenance is always top notch!!! It’s very peaceful and quiet here- no issues with neighbors whatsoever. Lots of room in the apartment, beautiful windows, and a cozy kitchen area. My cat loves sunbathing in the big window and watching the neighbors walk their dogs ☺️"

"Living here has been good so far. The individuals in the leasing office are very nice. Any time I have called or came in the office they are always pleasant. Great location, near everything, surprisingly very quiet at night. People seem to mind their own business, which is great, no foolishness. The only downside to living here is the dogs or shall I say the owners of the dogs. The complex has made it very easy for dog owners to dispose of their dogs' feces after they do their business, however your liable to step in dog feces or see bags of the feces near the garbage cans that are specifically for that. If it just so happen that you have a maintenance emergency on the weekends, don't expect them to care or move with a sense of urgency because it's not gonna happen."

"Don’t waste your time here. KELLY THE DUMBEST PERSON EVER wants to tow my car because they don’t have enough parking for residents. There residents that have more than two cars. I definitely will be moving out real soon."

"So far, I am very happy with this decision. Scheduled the tour, completed the application process, and moved in all within two weeks. Easy. Breezy. The one bedroom has all the space a single guy and a cat could need. Plus, of the staff and residents that I've met or run into, everyone seems friendly and welcoming. Looking forward to making good use of the year-round pool and being in a much more central location."
