"Reason for this review is that office is wonderful, beautiful people, but we have people above us that nobody seems to be able to stop with unnecessary stomping and running around, willing and always respectful to others, but can't put up with the disrespect from upstairs neighbors"

"They change policies in contract without notifying tenants. Enter home without notifying. Some tenants don't pay until the 25th or so each month but those who aren't her favorites get eviction notices for being a few days late. They advertise they have a pool, which is permanently closed. Gym? What gym? Laundromat on site doesn't work at all unless you put in a major credit card to wash your clothes. My apartment was not cleaned before we moved in. We can take a shower, go barefoot, and within 5 minutes the bottoms of our feet are black. Manager talks through other people but is quick to bully people. This place could be great...... NEEDS NEW MANAGEMENT."

"Great place to live. Quiet and safe, . Ann and the rest of the staff have been great the last two or three years. Any maintenance issue I had was taken care of within a day or two, and the guys are out every morning picking up trash and making sure the place looks great. Kinda sad to leave, but with inflation driving rent up every year, it's time to settle into a house with a set mortgage."
