"The room was on the smaller size, but adequate for what we paid for it. It was clean which was the most important thing. My biggest issue was that the breakfast was subpar. My husband and I chose to stay here partly so that we wouldn’t have to pay for breakfast every day of our trip, and I would have been fine with a banana and peanut butter, but they didn’t even have that. The juice machine was broken, the pancake machine was not even loaded with pancake batter, there were maybe three cold eggs, gravy that looks like it had been reheated every day for the last month, and no fruit to be seen. Plenty of peanut butter though."

"THIS IS NOT A SAFE HOTEL. This hotel does not have an elevator and requires the use of stairs. The lobby and stairwells smell like urine. The front desk staff are friends with the homeless people, let them sleep in the lobby, use the facilities, and even WARN THEM when the police are on the way to "get out before they get here". Coffee wasn't available in the lobby, despite me showing the empty container to the desk, the non-english speaker simply shrugged and said "hot?" And refused to refill. The building is not locked at night. Because the front desk have an agreement with the local homeless to let them use the building. All entryways are open, despite requiring a keycard they just keep these unlocked. Ironically, they locked the doors the moment the police showed up (they clearly have a plan in place for this) - to make it seem like they actually have security. Management is clearly divided, with some being (obviously) comfortable with these situations and other clearly distressed and upset. So it's just the bad apples, but I would never stay here unless my life depended on it."

"I have always like this hotel. I was there in April 2023 I forgot to review. The room was very clean and comfortable. The bed was amazing. Location great of course. Check in was easy and front desk clerk was nice. We played our music in the room and laughed and talked and didn't get any complaints. Definitely will be staying there again. Nice and quiet."

"The place was renovated recently. But. The rooms are so dirty, it’s impossible. Hair on towels. The headboard had some weird dried out liquid. The phone is greasy and plainly disgusting. Even the bathroom (that was recently renovated) was revolting. Toothpaste residue, hair in the tub. It’s just really dirty. Revoltingly dirty. Updated the review to add the video with a cockroach. The hotel did not refund us our money even though we moved out! Stay away"
