"I have been living here for 4 years and they have sold this apartment complex multiple times, but this company that NOAH PROPERTY is now in is the worst and most irresponsible that exists… this would be my last year here, I do not recommend living here"

"Old Apartments, my ceiling fell in on me Thursday night they have yet to fix it... all the molded insulation fell down behind all my furniture and appliances I asked the property manager CAROL for my rent to be decreased since I have to pay someone to move furniture etc. to get the molded insulation. heavy sheet rock fell on my NEW APPLIANCES... The dust from the insulation is giving me a bad cough it’s just horrible I called the home office NO RESPONSE... My power is increasing due to me trying to keep the apartment cool but the air is going out the huge gap in ceiling."

"Worst place to live. Receptionist is beyond rude and have a nasty attitude for nothing. Management do NOT care to get repairs fixed. Rent is cheap but it definitely comes with a price thats not worth it."
