"Police were here twice this weekend. They allow people with criminal records (misdemeanors) to move here. There is NO Soundproofing! You can hear conversations thru the walls. Earplugs and white noise do not help. No cork under the plank flooring in the upstairs units. Read the Yelp Reviews. They are more authentic. Trash & cigarette butts everywhere. People in their cars or standing outside smoking. None of the advertised amenities were available when I moved in: pool, 24-hr. gym, security gate and business center. The pool is closed, security gates are broken and they are being replaced with a security camera (?) The computers in the business center turn on and that's about it. This place is WAY OVER-PRICED for what you get. The current on-site team is very nice and the maintenance technicians are the best, but someone in corporate needs to wake-up. And I do not appreciate being mislead by the leasing agent about amenities that are actually not available."

"I moved here from college after my childhood best-friend and her husand had glowing reviews; it didn't start off well but I am amazingly surprised with my experience. I find the community amazing and the prices very reasonable! When I first got to my apartment it was not cleaned and had signs of bug infestation. My husband and I were not written off, the complex took full responsibility for the errors even though it was the fault of the third party services they use. We were upgraded for the same rate, received a credit to our account, and were treated with the utmost respect. I highly recommend this complex! They can never ensure safety, of course, but several police officers live here. I had packages stolen within the first week, so quickly learned you just need to have packages dropped off at the front office!"

"If you don’t wanna read the whole review then here’s a summary: overpriced and unsafe. I don’t normally write bad reviews but this one is well deserved. Management turnover is really high and Maintenance response is SLOW- as in going weeks unanswered slow. And there are no shortage of problems that need to be fixed. My roommates bedroom door hasn’t closed since we moved in and apparently they can’t fix it. The only outlet in my bathroom and half the outlets in the kitchen haven’t worked since we moved in. Guess what? They can’t fix them. My neighbors AC was broken for the whole month of July and they didn’t even come to look until several maintenance requests later and a threat to get a lawyer. Broken dishwasher, broken washing machine, flooded hallway, mold in the hallway, etc. And the gate- it never closes, but the one month when it did close, the resident gate codes didn’t work. There would be a long line of cars waiting for someone to leave so they could get in. The icing on the cake was my apartment getting broken into. When the police questioned me, they told me there were a lot of sketchy people in the area and they got called here a lot… there are nicer, safer, less expensive complexes not that far away."

"Want to live here? Get ready to be woken up at 8AM by leaf blowers/constantly have your car dirty because of that! The clubhouse amenities (gym, computer room, pool, etc.) are tiny especially for how many people live in the complex. The gate is never on/working which takes away from the security and privacy of residents. That’s one of the main reasons I chose to live here and it’s just open for anyone to enter. It’s a place with lots of potential but what you get for the price you pay doesn’t add up, it’s not worth it."

"this apartment complex is terrible. pool is absolutely disgusting All the time. maintenance requests go unanswered for weeks. have had no AC for weeks and after putting in like 8 maintenance requests it STILL has not been resolved - the one time he came we asked the like 1 "maintenance guy" for a window unit since it was Over 90 degrees Inside our Apartment. he said 'i'll be right back with that' and never came back. a second guy came and "fixed" it days later but it STILL does not work. the dishwasher has been broken for like a Year lol. the 'dog park' which is really just a dirt pile with a fence around it, used to have a shaded tarp over it for when it was 100 degrees so ourselves and the dogs wouldn't overheat but it was taken down over a year ago for the storm that was coming and was never put back up. when i asked about it they said it was "old management" and they didn't "know where the tarp was" but that "maybe next year they would put in some new stuff" . my dog has gotten out of the Dog park and run into the road into traffic twice due to the fence having a giant hole in it where the dogs can easily get out. it's been like this for a year at least. have requested several times that they repair the fence so we can actually use the dog park but nothing. usually like 35 people at the pool at any given time when the pool looks like this year round lol. green. literally algae and mold growing on the walls and floor of the pool but people kept on swimming in it. bugs all summer. Gate has worked for maybe a week in the last 3 years i've been coming over in this "gated community". management does not care to do anything to improve our Living condition in our rental apartment where we have lived for several years , nevermind the community. cant wait for lease to be up! they should be reported. don't move here"
