"I’ve been out here almost a year and I love the space of my 3 bedroom but I don’t like the fact they’re pushing extra bills on us that we didn’t ask for. We pay pest control every month just for us to have roaches on the inside and pest control only sprays outside. They say they have a gym but it’s only 3 pieces of equipment and the door stays locked. Online it says updated gym but there’s nothing in there . We have assigned parking just for people or maintenance and contractors to be in your spot after a long day of work. They make you pay for trash and trash pick up, adding cable to the lease like they’re doing people a favor, that’s only beneficial if someone already had cable . Me personally I pay for Netflix , prime , stars etc . Cable is controlled and pointless in this new age for an extra 85 bucks on rent."

"Complete trash complex. We are neighbors of their complex and there are cops there every other night for calls. The trash is not picked up regularly so there will literally be 3 or 4 trash hills around the complex. And their lawn providers like to harass my animals and I when we are in our yard. I would sell my house if I could get away from this complex. I cannot imagine paying them rent to live in their filth."

"I’ve lived at Lakeside for over a year now and after a previous nightmare experience at my previous complex they have been amazing. The ladies in the office are attentive and kind! As my family has grown as I had a baby at the beginning of the year they have been amazing at accommodating my changing needs! The apartments are spacious and the staff is friendly and caring."
