North Point Flats

"I just moved in near the end of December. My apartment is beautiful! I consider it my cozy home! The leasing manager Amanda is amazing! Once I met her and got to know her she told me about North Point Flats Apartments! I quickly applied she helped me throughout the whole process! The leasing manager Amanda is an absolute blessing! This community is so quiet and I love the fact that they have security cameras on the apartment buildings I could not have chosen a better place! This will be my cozy home for a long time! The inside of the apartments that have been completely redone and are absolutely gorgeous! If you ever want to move to this community or have an interest in living here. You need to definitely talk to the leasing manager Amanda!!!! She will do anything and everything to help just like she did for me. Once again she is an amazing blessing! I already know I'm probably going to leave amazing reviews for this community!"

"I didn’t get this unit ….. I know a person that lives here this was a reference……First let me start off by saying thanks to Jessica and Amanda for helping me out with searching their property for a place they’re good and competent customer service…. I couldn’t bring myself to do five stars because they are advertising two bedrooms as one room can’t even fit a king bed but the second is a study or small child’s room, stackable washer and dryer in bathroom. This is not a 2 bedroom, and furthermore not worth 1040.00. I was disappointed by these things. But it use to be a senior citizen living so I get it. But Aspire is advertising for a regular apartment and it’s not. It’s nice for one maybe two people but not to sleep in separate rooms the other room will barely get a twin bed. So definitely misleading. And not worth the money. And they are making you get cable and internet weather you need it or not. I would rather water be included those are luxury things and very much unnecessary. I’m changing my review a little LET BE CLEAR I NEVER MOVED IN."

"If I could give no stars I would. I have lived here for two years and never had as many problems as I have had here anywhere else I have lived. The only pro was the price point. But there's a reason the apartments are so cheap. Though there are some nice renovations done, there are some very old and outdated things still in the apartments like my breaker box. Management here is a joke, they never let you know when things are going to happen till last minute. Never get back to you when needed, then when you have concerns they immediately shoot them down or try to find a way to blame you for the issue. Had multiple plumbing issues and sewage overflow/back up due to bad renovations on their end. They never cleaned up any of the sewage and left it all for me to do. Leaving me to at times live in unsanitary and unsafe living conditions that they refused to effectively deal with for months until they finally had a professional plumber come out, and that was only after I pushed for it. The plumber told them the issue was their fault and they needed to fix it, and it was only then they decided to do something. (Management was trying to threaten me with the bill for the plumber coming out before they even knew what the issue was) Even though they had had knowledge it was an issue on their part before hand. The plumber even told me to leave and that management was shady after dealing with them. Told me they laughed at me and tried to get him to find a way to make it my fault. They then decided to serve me an eviction notice after I told them I wouldn't renew my lease. These people are shady. Jessica and Amanda in particular act nice to your face but are extremely shady. Don't trust them and don't get drawn in by the price. Look elsewhere, these people don't have your best interest at heart at all."
