"The lease managers, especially jessica, are very welcoming and professional and made my transition from California to South carolina very easy. The location of the apartment is very convenient. Everything could be walking distance or at least a 15 to 30 min drive, and next to a beautiful view of the park and waterfall."

Not only did the Rivers Edge team treat us well, but they always showed our dog lots of love too which was so nice. You won’t regret calling this place home!"
"I’ve lived in a lot of apartments, and this is by far my favorite. The location is amazing! I walk less than five minutes to work and the gym, saving so much on gas. The staff are even more amazing than the location. They know everyone’s name and are so kind. They even gave me a hand written note for my birthday! The maintenance guy will take less than a day to respond to an issue, and everything is extremely clean and kept. Absolutely love living here!"
"The office staff? They are so nice! They are like… really helpful and I mean that. This place is 2 blocks from everything, but still quiet and a little off the “main strip” — you really can’t beat that. I know the office team is working on more amenities, so that’s cool. My walls felt slightly thin, but I think I actually had a weird unit. Only draw back for me was the windows don’t open; which is apparently standard for high rise construction — I just didn’t know that. But blah blah, great office workers and 2 blocks from everything like I said. We all get to subjectively “rank order” what we want in an apartment :)"
