"Just moved out June 2022 and moved back to GA to be closer to family. I’m a single parent with a son and I stayed here 2 years and the experience was wonderful! I always felt very safe, property is clean, the pool is nice, however the gym could use some more equipment. I love Jessica the Property Manager, she always responded to my calls if no one was in the office when I called and I never had any problems getting things fixed. Jessica even helped me get my 12 year old son in the house in the middle of the afternoon after he had oral surgery and still drowsy off anesthesia.. Lol Thanks Jessica! GREAT PLACE TO STAY in the Easley area!!"

"Lived here in a 1br for 10 months. Had a 1 year lease but got married and broke my lease. The staff at Auston Woods dealt very fairly with me throughout my stay and through the early termination period. Every resident I met was super friendly and the grounds were well kept. Several local police officers live here so safety is never a concern. 5/5 would recommend."

"This is by far the best apartment experience I've had. The community is quiet, the demographic being mostly working singles, couples, and young families. My one bedroom with a balcony was cozy and had the best therapeutic view of the woods behind the complex. It faced west, so I saw the sunset every night over the woods! Maintenance is fairly reliable. The amenities are pretty good, though I'd dock a point due to their exercise equipment being constantly broken. Office staff are friendly and helpful. The office hours are limited to business hours on weekdays which can make it tricky for someone working full-time to make it to the office when it's open, but they have a rent drop-box which is super helpful. Despite being a block away from the Goliath Wal-mart next door and the busy traffic along Saco Lowell road, I felt very safe and comfortable walking to the dumpster/mailbox after dark, leaving very early for work or getting in very late. They take noise complaints seriously. I would recommend this complex to anyone looking for housing in the Greenville area. No - you won't get the party experience with lots of community events, activities, and elite amenities, but you will feel safe, comfortable, and at home."

"I lived here for 3 years in a one bedroom apartment. I had no problems getting in touch with the office ever if i needed help with maintenance. The apartment was spacious and a great value at the price. The location is in close proximity to Walmart, Planet Fitness, and any chain restaurant you can think of. The only reason I moved was to get closer to my job. I would recommend this apartment to any recent college graduate looking for a good, cheap place to live, or a family."
