"Clean ABB , was nice townhouse with a balcony, the pool and pool house had stuff for all of us kids from 4-10 years old and adults from 21-50 years old nice and quiet will be returning very soon"
"DO NOT rent here!!!!!! It was the worst experience ever. The apartment was infested with roaches, covered in mold and the old nasty appliances never worked right. The owners and leasing company should be embarrassed by the conditions of these apartments. Then to top it off they get as much money as they can from you. They want the renters to fix all of their old appliances. I will post pictures of the moldy floors and walls as soon as I can figure out how to"
"DO NOT STAY HERE. The management company (APM) are a bunch of scammers. No shame, hang up on you when you call about problems, and will try to fleece you for as much money as they can when you leave. Moldy apartments, bad management, roaches everywhere. Look elsewhere if you can. If you're stuck with these guys, document everything, take pictures, etc. so they can't try to rob you of your money at the end."
"I lived in multiple complexes during my blissful time as a student at Clemson. Hart's Cove stands out in my mind as the happiest; most independent and BEST AMENITY possible--private docks and access to the lake! ! The complex is the only one on the side of campus that it is, and there is no escaping brwath-taking views of Death Valley; CLEMSON ORANGE AND PIRPLE SUNSETS--BOTH driving toward campus or sitting on your person dock! I would still stay in this complex if I gained employment in the area--whixh i am actively trying to do. And, I'm old--graduated early in December of 2007. This complex is a MUST for those who have the ability to live off campus. This complex embodies the CLEMSON CULTURE making the balance of being outside and active along with mature living ordinances and spacious lay outs for up to four (4) roommates per unit. Love love this complex! I'll b naming my next pup Hartwell!"
