"Abismal. First I was lied to about the daily rate of having my car stay there while I waited for the body shop to become available, then I was charged a 6% rate on my transaction for using a card. Average rate is only 2-3%. Ended up paying well over $700, well over what I had planned on. Do not trust these people, if you're in an accident and get towed here request to be towed somewhere else, even renting a storage locker and storing it temporarily is better in my opinion than trusting your vehicle to these people."
