Reviews
"The Swansea post office did not deliver my package."
"DO NOT SEND ANYTHING YOU CARE ABOUT HERE! They are definitely stealing packages in this office. Both incoming and outgoing, and they do nothing about it."
"The USPS driver jammed a package in my mailbox . It took 10 minutes to pry it out. Do better. It's not that hard to put the package on my porch. That's just pure laziness. I will not " thank my driver" from Amazon."
"The Swansea Postmaster if you can get hold of her is the nicest person in that place. However, mail from Amazon that is marked delivered online which means it was scanned is not in the mailbox but shows up the next day. Mail carrier on packages requiring a signature do not drive to the house. Instead they leave a note saying that there was no one available to sign for the package. Not true, camera shows they never came down the driveway to the house. Wrong mail put in the mailbox. When you put the wrong mail back in the box and put the flag up the carrier just leaves it in your mailbox. I drove to Pelion and dropped the wrong mail at the Pelion Post office and gave them a complaint. Not sure how they get this fixed."
"Falsifying delivery records: scan parcels as delivered, even though delivery was not made. They don't read names on mailbox, and deliver old nixies. Apparently don't pick up FIRST CLASS outgoing mail. Deliver mail 3 hours later than before.Terrible service!"
