"they don’t deliver packages on time even when priority shipping has been paid for, packages have been damaged in transit, constantly delivering to the wrong address or leaving larger packages outside of the mailbox on the ground instead of dropping them off on the porch. when tracking my packages online it will say “out for delivery” for days. then the tracking app says i have to pick it up from the carrier facility. they have used the excuse that the “drop off location was obstructed” (it was not). when i call or go to pick it up they don’t have my package there either and and say it will be delivered overall it just gives the impression that they’re being careless with other people’s belongings and time."

"Regularly marking undelivered packages as delivered, they may or may not show up days later. Marking packages as delivered that they lost out of a truck driving down the road, because the use a pickup with the tailgate down to deliver packages, thankfully a good Samaritan saw this and brought me my package. Local postmaster straight up told me when questioned about it that he marks undelivered packages as delivered so his office doesn't look bad. So they think it's better to lie than do their jobs."

"Only one star because there isn't an option for zero stars. Packages always get marked as delivered and never show up. Noone at the actual post office is of any help whatsoever."

"The lady that is the so called Manager is rude and had no problem cussing at me and acting very unprofessional. My mother has been in the hospital for a week. They took her mail back to the post office and when I went to pick it up this lady, Sheena, Shelia, whatever her name is decided it was OK to deny me her mail cuss me then walk away. I will BE FILING A COMPLAINT. I DONT CARE HOW BAD HER MORNING WAS, YOU DONT GET TO CURSE AT AN ALREADY DISTRAUGHT CUSTOMER. PERIOD!!!"

"When you get informed delivery with a pictures of what's in tha mail that day and get some of it and the most important piece is missing. Missing credit card!!!! Why can't you call when it's something important like this? Grrrrrrrrrrr... Heck they don't even open til 9 and I go to work at 7:30 and get off at 5:00 (they close at 4:00)."
