The post lady tells me to contact a locksmith, the locksmith tells me he don’t touch mailboxes??? Which one is it? I’m so frustrated no one knows their job or does their job. I got to post office and they tell me the subdivision maintenance should have the box key…???? Had I known that I would have to go through this I would have never moved into the house!!!"

"I have no idea what the hel* is going on at this Post Office. Constantly missing important mail, packages are always given to my neighbors or look like someone opened them and this is a forever lasting battle. I do everything in my power to avoid anything going through the post office it's very clear that nobody has a clue as to what they're doing. If I could give a gold medal for a government agency that was the worst in the United States it is the post office. Tomorrow I get to open an investigation because a federal document is missing so good job post office always making sure that no one can rely on you."
