"I have to say always helpful anytime I have questions they have the answer and if not they'll find it or tell me where to find it With all the hardships that is going on most of all the shortage of help the over load of people's mail and packages not only that they do so much more mail is what I think is the biggest part but not the only thing l'll just say I can't imagine how overwhelming somehow they hold things together with giving customers satisfactory, security if needed knowledge of a matter or even just to talk Small talk whatever, everyday life moments They give you their time not just as a person of postal/ mail servicer but just as a person to person and then some so they're service goes a long ways and I just want to say thank you sincerely, POBOX 1484"

"This is the WORST post office. The two ladies I spoke to on the phone were very rude. When they each answered the phone, they sounded very unhappy and very unprofessional. They will argue with you about your package and if they make one delivery attempt, and to not delivery your package the first time, you have to go pick up your package at the post office but no one tells you that unless you make a call up there and ask about your package. There is no note or notification stating that your package will not attempt to be delivered again. They have a new post office delivery lady and she will not deliver to houses that have animals,l and your package will some times be delivered on top of your car out in the open for someone to steal. I highly recommend having your packages be delivered to an address with no animals. Worst customer service too!"

"Went in today to see what was going on with a package that was “delivered” 3 days prior. Was interrupted numerous time and questioned everything I said by some short dark haired lady. She treated me like I was a liar and a Thief before I could even explain anything to her. The red haired lady was super nice and helpful(so thank you). I don’t know who the dark haired lady is but she needs a new attitude. If she doesn’t like her job there are plenty of people who would gladly take it. Too bad we can’t vote who work for us in the post office, she’d be first to go. God don’t like ugly!"

"My daughter came in today to attempt to figure out what's going on with her package and the staff was incessantly rude to her. Calling her a liar and telling lies about things we supposedly do. If I could avoid dealing with these people, I absolutely would. It would be amazing to never have to deal with these lying snakes again."

"If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Completely rude service. We've had issues with our mail for years. Packages are crammed into our box and damaged. Recently 1 package was attached to the OUTSIDE of our mailbox by a rubber band. When I called to complain I spoke to a very rude lady who said carriers were allowed to leave packages this way. When I raised the issue of theft she was totally dismissive and simply said it was a high theft area anyway. They have absolutely no care for packages that customers spend their hard earned money on. I can't even order things online without fear that it will be stolen or damaged due to their inability to do their job."
