"Was slow when I arrived. I'm talking like 2-3 other tables only. Got sat and my drink right away. Ordered two eggs, sausage, hash browns and toast meal. I asked to add 2 buttermilk pancakes as well. Food came out without pancakes. I mentioned they were missing and he came back with a stack of 5 pancakes. Accuracy needs work to say the least. Toast also with no butter. Employees sitting around on their phones and such. No very professional either. This place needs work."
"Early Saturday morning. Only a couple customers. Nice and quiet. Low music playing. Which I appreciate. Had the senior special. Eggs cooked just right. They don't have raisin toast, that was the only dislike. Waiter was attentive and nice. Well mannered."
"Second visit to give a second chance to No avail. It's No wonder this place is Always dead. The first visit thought the poor service may have been due to staff shortage although there were only approximately 4 tables to serve. This visit we waited 5 minutes for 2 servers to decide who's turn it was to seat us. We were never greeted mind you and not told to follow the server. We made the assumption to follow the one that irritated grabbed 2 menus and silverware. We were left at the table with no idea who our waiter/waitress would be, that someone would be with us shortly, or Anything. After waiting over 20 min of watching staff continue to pass us by I stopped one and asked if she knew who our waiter was... She said, Oh this is my section but I thought he had you. I said well can someone Get us? She said she would. We gave her our drink orders and food order, as we knew at this point what we wanted to eat. I then noticed 3 young men trying to get the waitresses attention only to be ignored. They looked at us and I asked them did they wait awhile to be served in which they said yes, over 30 minutes. At that point the table beside them chimed in and said yeah we waited 45min. I noticed the waitress come back with one of the young men's entree after the other 2 had appeared to have already eaten. I assume this is what they were trying to ask her. Poor kid tried to inhale the food he could while asking for a to go box for the rest because his friends were done. Wasn't until I contacted the Mgr on duty that service started to move a bit but customers around us continued to complain about the wait in a nearly empty restaurant with over 9 obvious staff on duty. The food was good but average, but with this nonchalant attitude for service, This IHOP won't last long."
"Although we were Seated promptly most of the rest of our Dining was long waiting for Service. Hashbrowns served Burnt (no biggie) as our waitress did promptly bring me a new Plate of them grilled to Golden Perfection. It is great to find Vegan/Vegetarian options. Was displeased with the Mexican Leche Pancakes as the menu stated the Vanilla & Caramel sauce are layered into the Pancakes and they were not so you end up paying alot extra just for a bit of Drizzle on the top Pancake/Plate and a dob of Whip Cream. I would have rather paid significantly less for just regular Buttermilk Pancakes (didn't even notice a difference in flavor with the drizzle so gave the top Pancake to my Husband and ended up just using syrup anyways on the rest of my plain pancakes)."
