John has a temper tantrum like a toddler and when you try to communicate with him he says "you are welcome to find a different broker" he never calls back, just brief emails. I used his services twice. The second time, I have charges that are not explainable. Fraud to say the least. If I can afford a lawyer, I would take this to court. First shipment to deliver at home, it cost me $206, same size shipment cost me $435...Because he use a "different company" to ship for me. As a broker, why didn't you advocate for the cheaper one we used the first time. My first shipment cost me about $1,400 the second one 3,868. I am an individual not a company, so I don't have that kind of money. Thank you John for taking advantage of a single mother like me. May every penny you stole from me be a curse over you and your health."
